About Me

For over 20 years, I have served high school students and young adults on the autism spectrum as a special education teacher, transition specialist, and employment coach. I have supported my students and clients in securing employment that matches their dreams, skills, and intellect.

I have witnessed firsthand as a mother of a child with autism, the accomplishments achieved, and challenges faced by people experiencing autism.  After witnessing my daughter who is a highly qualified professional take jobs below her ability, I made the decision to take an active coaching role supporting her and others with Autism/Asperger’s in the process of finding employment.

I received my bachelor’s degree in Special Education from City University of Seattle and a master’s degree in Curriculum Development with an emphasis on Autism from Arizona State University. I am also a certified Autism/Asperger’s Employment Coach.

My husband and I immigrated from Hungary in the 1980’s and currently live in Maple Valley, Washington. We have raised four amazing children who have become happy, successful, and incredible human beings. Spending time with family gives me joy like no other. I also love traveling, kayaking, reading, and learning about people and the universe.
